Location: Ligonier, PA – Westmoreland County

Built a 20’x24’ pole building with 9’ ceilings. 6×6 posts set around the perimeter with 2×8 bottom treated girt. A double 2×12 boxed top perimeter beam locks it all together. 2×6 rafters set with wye bracing on rafters and around the top perimeter of box beam. A one-foot overhang around the entire perimeter of roof with aluminum soffit and all metal sides and roof. Snow rail added to roof. The roof is tan, and the walls are ivory. Single door installed and a 9’ wide by 8’ high garage door installed.
